Welcome to ReTrail. By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. About ReTrail

ReTrail is run by me, Liam, from the Midlands. I sell quality secondhand outdoor and camping gear. Every item is checked, cleaned, and described honestly — but as most stock is pre-loved, some signs of wear are to be expected.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£). Payment is required in full at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has cleared.

3. Shipping

I currently ship to UK addresses only. Shipping rates and times are outlined in the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond my control.

4. Returns & Refunds

My Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to return an item and when refunds are issued. Please read it before purchasing.

5. Condition of Items

As most products are secondhand, they may have cosmetic marks, repairs, or signs of use. These will be described and photographed to the best of my ability. By purchasing, you accept the condition stated in the listing.

6. Liability

ReTrail is not responsible for:

• Any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of purchased gear.

• Postal delays or loss once an item has been dispatched, although I will always help track parcels where possible.
