We ship all orders using tracked delivery to make sure your gear arrives safely and on time.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your gear is on the way, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Packaging

In true ReTrail style, we reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible — keeping your gear protected and reducing waste.

I want you to be happy with your purchase from ReTrail. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me first to arrange the return. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless item arrives damaged or significantly not described.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

As most of my stock is secondhand, please read item descriptions carefully and check photos before buying. Any wear, marks, or repairs will be clearly shown and described — these are part of the item’s story!

ReTrail was founded by Liam and Dom, two outdoor enthusiasts who wanted a better way to buy and sell second-hand outdoor gear.

Like many people who spend time outdoors, we’d seen how much life is left in well-made jackets, packs, and equipment — yet too often, great kit ends up underused, poorly listed, or thrown away altogether. At the same time, the cost of buying new can be a real barrier for many people.

ReTrail was created to bridge that gap.
